Are there really no advertisements on one's own wedding page?
Because the wedding and the wedding page is very special and unique for every single one, everything must concentrate on you only! That's why there won't be any banner advertisements on your wedding page.

What scope for design do I have with my homepage design?
You can choose your favorite out of many templates and can individually change the banner picture and the font style - just as you like! You also have the possibility of choosing another design retroactively if you decide to pick another one.

How can I easily edit the content?
To edit the content on your webpage a modern editor is provided that works as easy as Microsoft Word. You can edit the whole content anytime online. Edit content, press save, and right away your new content is online.

How can I upload my own pictures?
You can insert your own pictures or picture galeries on all pages. You can change all pictures right away. You just have to click on "Upload picture" and choose another picture from your hard disk.

How easy is the process of filling my homepage with content?
The handling is easy, intuitive, quick and doesn't need any precognition or any programming knowledge! In support of an easy understanding online-help is available.

What is a newsletter system?
With the newsletter system you can keep your guests informed about news or changes. You need to enter the contacts of your guests into the guestlist, write the newsletter with the current information you want to share, and send them to all your guests with just one click! Of course every guest gets an email with a personal salutation.

What does password protection and subdomain mean?
Every wedding page can get a password protection. Here you can decide if your wedding page should be visible for everybody or just for your friends and relatives. They can login on your wedding page with a choosen user and password they get from you.

Can I create a wishlist for my guests?
It is possible to create your wishlist for gifts - you can enter a short description with a picture and your guest can reserve them online. This list is not an onlineshop to buy them directly but just a note from you where this gift can be bought. If you prefer, you may just include a request for money.

Will my data be forwarded to third parties?
Of cours your data will not be forwarded to any third parties.

I don't want to have a URL from the select list but another one - is this possible?
Of course it's possible! Just give us your address you'd like to have and after this one is ordered you can reach your wedding page on that URL. Find more information under additional service.

What is a guestbook?
Here your guests can leave congratulations and impressions.

How long will my homepage be online?
The runtime is 1 year. It is of course possible to extend that time. Find more information under additional service.

Is it possible to give the wedding page away to the bridal couple?
A wedding page is a fancy present for the bride couple. Often the couple would like to create their wedding page by themselves. Therefore, it is the best to buy a voucher. The bridal couple then only needs to enter the voucher code and can start with entering the contents.

Who can I contact if I have questions or trouble with my wedding page?
If you cannot find the adequate answer of your questions in the online-help you can contact us directly from the customer administration tool - we will help you then as soon as possible.

Do I have to live in Austria to buy a wedding page by "Unser Moment"?
No, you can access our wedding page from all over the world and use everything the wedding page offers.

How long does it last till I can see and edit my wedding page online?
After the order you'll get a confirmation email with your access data. Whereas your wedding page is only activated and online after the payment has arrived on the account.
